The Starting Point

In January 2024, I launched a new faceless channel in the tech education niche. Zero subscribers, zero videos, zero expectations.

24 months later: 1 million subscribers.

Here's exactly how it happened.

Month 1-3: The Foundation

I published 30 videos in the first 3 months - roughly 2-3 per week. Results were... underwhelming:

  • Total views: 15,000
  • Subscribers: 342
  • Revenue:

But I wasn't discouraged. I was learning.

Month 4-6: Finding the Format

By month 4, I noticed a pattern. My list-format videos (Top 5, Top 10) were outperforming everything else by 5x.

So I doubled down. Every video became a list format. Views started climbing.

Month 7-12: The Growth Curve

This is where things got interesting:

  • Month 7: First video to hit 100K views
  • Month 9: Passed 100K subscribers
  • Month 11: Earning ,000/month from ads alone

Month 13-24: Scaling

Once the formula was proven, I scaled:

  • Hired a part-time editor
  • Increased posting to 4x per week
  • Added a second language (Spanish) version

Key Lessons

  1. Consistency beats perfection - Post regularly, improve gradually
  2. Data drives decisions - Let analytics guide your content
  3. Systems, not hustle - Build processes you can scale
  4. Patience is everything - Month 1-6 will test you

The Formula

Niche Research + Consistent Posting + Data Analysis + AI Tools = Growth

It's not magic. It's a system.
